What does the Development Partner price include?
Everything a developer and project manager would do. If you have an idea but are not sure how to explain it, that is where I come in. I help you put your requirements into words, agree on the scope, and build it all in one person. No information gets lost between a PM and a developer because it is just me.
Are there any extra costs outside the subscription?
Yes, but I will walk you through them before we build anything. I will present a few options so you can choose what fits your budget. As a rough guide, internal tools cost around $30 to $200/month to run, and external-facing platforms can go up to $500/month depending on the features.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, anytime. Say for example we have been working for 3 months and you need to pause, whether you are going on holiday, your team is busy elsewhere, or you just need a break, just let me know. We will pause for that month and pick up right where we left off when you are ready.
Is there a retainer fee after the project is done?
No retainer. Once the project is complete, you only pay the platform costs directly to the platform provider, not to me. If you want me to continue maintaining it, adding features, or fixing bugs, you can re-engage me at the same rate but that is entirely your choice. Everything built is yours to keep.
